We respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. Use the form below to request deletion of your account and any data we received from connected services like Meta (Facebook).
Deleting your data is permanent and cannot be undone. This removes your account, your campaigns, your creative assets, and any data we received through your Meta integration.
Sign in to The Marketing Department so we can match the request to your account. If you no longer have access, skip to step 4 to submit a request by email instead.
If you have Meta (Facebook) connected, disconnect it first by opening Integrations in the left sidebar and clicking Disconnect on the Meta card. Disconnecting revokes our access token at Facebook and removes the cached Meta data we hold for your account, including the linked Page, ad account, Pixel, and Instagram account.
Open Settings and scroll to the Danger Zone at the bottom of the Account tab. Click Delete Account, then type your email to confirm. This immediately removes your profile, all campaigns and drafts, generated images and videos, cached Meta data, integration tokens, credit and revenue history, and team invites you have sent.
If you can't sign in, or you'd rather have us handle it, submit your account email below. We'll verify your identity, process the deletion within 30 days as required by Meta's Platform Terms, and notify you when it's done.
If you've already submitted a deletion request (or one was started by Meta on your behalf), you can look up its status with the confirmation code we gave you.
Self-serve deletion from inside Settings → Danger Zone completes immediately — your account and data are removed from our active databases as soon as you confirm.
Manual requests (by email, by Meta-initiated callback, or via the form above) are processed within 30 days as required by Meta's Platform Terms. You can check status anytime above using your confirmation code, and we will send a final confirmation email once the deletion is finished.
